SME-GW2045 CONFIGURATIONS

 

The machine bodies in the BASIC series must be equipped with carriages and supports most suited to the specific treatment requirements of the different types of glassware used in the laboratory.

The various possible machine/carriage configurations described below are meant as a guide to help you choose the most appropriate solution for the type of glassware used.

TWO SPRAYING,’INJECTION LEVELSIn this configuration there are two washing levels: lower level with rotary sprayers to hold various supports (beakers, test tubes, flasks). The D-CSI upper base is fitted with the 24-position LM22S injection base. This configuration allows simultaneous washing of narrow-necked and other types of glassware. D-CS2 loner rack: SB9 straight tine support for beakers and flasks to the left, SBI4 spring tine support to the right. Each support occupies 1/2 the rack for machines with width of 45 cm to optimize the load on the rack.

ONE MIXED INJECTION LEVEL This configuration allows simultaneous washing of narrow-necked glassware (flasks, and beakers) and 12 pipettes with a maximum height of 510 mm. TWO SPRAYING/INJECTION LEVELS In this configuration there are two washing levels: the upper level is fitted with the KP60 seventy-item base for centrifuge vials and test tubes. The lower level is spare. PhotoD-CS1 upper rack KP60 base. D-CS2 lower rack: SBN9 straight line support for beakers and flasks to the left, SB14 spring line support to the right.

TWO INJECTION LEVELS LM46 carriage consisting of two injection levels for a capacity of 46 Items. This version maximizes the injection washing capacity. The maximum height of glassware is 225 mm. ULTRASONIC CELANERS: WASHING SOLUTIONS

Moonmed offers a range of ultrasonic cleaners suitable for washing delicate instruments,

Instruments with special shape or used in contact with materials difficult to be cleaned. Our

Ultrasonic cleaners have different sizes in order to better satisfy washing needs. Their use

is easy and intuitive. The stainless steel they are made of will make their cleaning simple

and quick. It is possible to connect the drain to the rear in order to guarantee greater

autonomy of use.

On the front side of this appliance you will find knobs to adjust cleaning time and temperature, as

well as buttons to choose special cleaning functions (DEGASS, SWEEP, BOOST).

DEGASS: thanks to this function degassing is

rapid and without bubbles. Its cleaning is quick and effective.

SWEEP: it facilitates homogeneous distribution of ultrasonic waves into the liquid. This ensures a

better cleaning.

BOOST: it dissolves harder impurities using a higher ultrasonic frequency.
